Single-Origin

Coffee that comes from a single producer, crop, or region in one country. SingleOrigin coffee is particularly popular due to its traceability, the fact that you know where your coffee is from and therefore gain a deeper understanding of your coffee’s profile.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC

A certification by the Oregon Tilth, an American non-profit membership organization dedicated to supporting and advocating organic food and farming. A certification obtained and sustained through a rigorous inspection process to ensure our product complies with defined industry standards. By expanded definition, certified organic coffee can be broadened to include significance on recycling, composting, soil health, and protection of the environment.

All-Blends

A mixture of two or more of the best quality coffee beans from different origins that are mixed to create delicious, well balanced tasting coffee.

Espresso

Espresso (ess-PRESS-oh) is a full-flavored, concentrated form of coffee that is served in a small portion or commonly known as a ‘shot.’ It is brewed by forcing pressurized hot water through very finely ground coffee beans using an espresso machine. Espresso coffee can be made with a wide variety of coffee beans and roast degrees. Commonly thicker than regular coffee brewed by conventional methods, with a texture of warm honey.

Decaffeinated

Decaf, short for decaffeinated, obtained by extracting caffeine from the bean while it is still green and prior to roasting. Freshly roasted and properly brewed, these beans produce strong, flavorful coffee minus the caffeine. For individuals who must or prefer to avoid the caffeine without compromising the pleasure of taste or aroma in their daily cup.
