A wet hulled, complex coffee that is heavy on the palate and delivers an earthy balance.  Roasted beans originating from Sumatra are known for a unique flavor profile. With low acidity, light sweetness and nutty notes, you would think that would be enough, but the flavors keep coming. You will experience aromatic cedar and butterscotch amidst its’ deep body, a unique coffee to say the least.
