To help bring out the distinctive flavors we enjoyed so much during our initial sample cuppings, we decided to do a light-medium roast. This city roast helps bring out the coffee’s natural lemon-lime acidity, balanced flavor, and nice finish. It’s unique and light, and this Rwandan is perfect for savoring.
