Their “Tikal” answers the challenge by giving their exporters the flexibility to utilize coffees from various growing regions (Huehuetenango, Antigua, Atitlan, etc.) as cup quality and character change over time. Dark chocolate, bright red apple, a honey-sweet finish and excellent consistency cup-to-cup define the “Tikal” profile.
