Lemon, honey, blueberry
A medium roast that’s sweet and syrupy with some blueberry notes brought out by it’s natural processing.
This coffee is from the Guji area in Ethiopia, not far from Yirgacheffe. It was grown at an altitude of 1,900-2,100 meters above sea level and dried in the sun on raised beds. This processing method creates a very fragrant coffee. It has a noticeable berry scent while green that transforms into a delightful blueberry aroma after roasting.
